That's why we're committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your orders arrive safely and promptly. Shipping Method & Fee

All orders are shipped via our warehouse in Toronto. We predominately use Chitchat for deliveries to major cities. Free delivery may be applied depending on the purchase amount, which varies according to the country of destination.

  • Canada/US: FREE Shipping over $79 CAD
  • International: FREE Shipping over $149 CAD

Express delivery is available to all countries. Please contact us at contact@aurae.ca if you need express delivery and an express shipping fee may apply.

Please note that Aurae will not be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery of the orders. While we aim to provide accurate information, it's the customer's responsibility to adhere to their country's customs regulations.

Due to the package size limitations by the shipping carriers, depending on the product size, your items might arrive in separate packages on different dates if you ordered more than one item. Please note that the content of your order and the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

 

Shipping time

After receiving your orders, we will try our best to ship the packages as quickly as possible. Your orders will generally be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends. Delivery time depends on the region of the world. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during sales and holidays time.

 

Shipment Tracking

All packages will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number and the tracking link. Please allow 48 hours from the time you receive it until tracking information is made available.
